Venison stew meat
6-7 potatoes
6 carrots
2 onions
1 large can of whole tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
buck seasoning?
Cut venison into 1 inch cubes
Brown venison in pan (with olive oil)
Peel potatoes and dice up
Peel Carrots and dice up
Peel and quarter Onions
Add whole tomatoes (crunch/chunk them down (cut up)]
Season with salt & pepper, to taste
Add buck seasoning (meat seasoning?), to taste
If tomatoes don’t supply enough juice, add water to the stew
Cook for 3 hours on medium-to-low heat
Look up any beef stew to improve on this recipe
Make up some biscuits to pour the stew on
Bisquick (recipe for drop biscuits on side of container) (don't make biscuits too big)
