Potatoes
2-3 hard boiled eggs
1-2 cucumbers
radishes (optional)
salt
pepper
garlic salt
mayo
mustard
Peel potatoes. Put in pan of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook potatoes until they are done -About 20 minutes or just shy of that. You want the potatoes to be somewhat firm still-Not mushy. Drain the water off and put potatoes in bowl to cool.
Cook up 2-3 eggs to hard boil them (Boil eggs for 10 minutes) Peel eggs and chop up for the salad.
Peel cucumbers (1-2) depending on how large the salad is going to be. You can add radishes if you want for color but I usually don't.
Add all the chopped ingredients to the cooled potatoes in large bowl-Add salt and pepper to taste and I add a little bit of garlic salt also for flavor.
Mix seasonings in. Add mayo and a teaspoon of mustard. Add enough mayo to mix through well but don't get it too soggy. Better to start out slow with how much you add and increase then to put too much mayo in it. The eggs make the salad creamy too so be careful adding too much mayo.
Chill the salad before serving and Enjoy!
Oh sprinkle paprika on the top before serving!
