400 g all purpose flour
160 g: 2 eggs + water
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp <herb of your choice>
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (~3.5 quarts)
Add ingredients to the Pasta Maker and make the desired pasta style
Add pasta to the water and return to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, drain, and serve.
We like to grind dried rosemary using a mortar and pestle, the original recipe calls for fennel
