This recipe was given to Rich after he had it at a Thanksgiving with the Hill family.
1 cup multi-color spiral pasta (measure dry)
1 cup shall pasta
1 cup egg noodle pasta
4 cups cubed cooked chicken (3-4 boneless breasts)
2 cups seeded chopped English cucumber skinned
1 cup chopped celery (Alternatively: 2 cups)
2 cups half or quartered grapes (Alternatively: 2 cups green and 2 cups red halved)
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 of a cup half and half
1 tbsp salt (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp white pepper
1 small jar of pimentos
Cook chicken in water, skinned
Cook Rice-A-Roni per box instructions
Cook pasta
Cut cucumber and celery into tiny pieces
Combined chicken, pasta, Rice-A-Roni, veggies, and grapes
In a separate bowl combine mayo, half and half, lemon juice, and white pepper
Mix everything together
The recipe calls for adding all dressing mix to the salad...but when you do this the salad mostly absorbs the dressing... So only at about 1/3 to 1/4 of the dressing. Then each time you have the salad add some dressing to it and serve
